worked as a Sales Rep and Sales Manager before she became a Broker. She is a consultant to manufacturers regarding
packaging and a speaker on marketing plans and the wholesale food trade.
John Roos and Joel Van Emelen - Both were Brokers of specialty foods for 25 years. Their expertise was in confections.
Their management skills and attention to customer service are well known throughout the food industry.
Bruce Hecht - Bruce Hecht is a third generation Oregonian and third generation sales representative following both his
grandfather and father in the business. He has spent his career focusing on the entire Pacific Northwest market in addition to
Alaska and Idaho in direct sales. Bruce has over 33 years of sales experience as a sales rep and provides extensive and broad
knowledge. He also has established important relationships and is a valuable asset to any line he represents. Bruce has
represented lines of all types ranging from large national brands to local and regional products
Monte Hess – Monte has 30 years experience in sales and sales management calling on food, drug, distribution and alternate
channels. He started out in the Pacific Northwest as a merchandiser for a food broker in the frozen food department. He spent the
next several years as a territory manager and key accounts manager with the Whitehall Labs division of American Home Foods
and Gillette where he received the bulk of his formal sales training. He then returned to the food broker business where he was
department head of grocery with lines including HJ Heinz, Nabisco, Nabisco Planters and Eco House wares.
Neal Warnick – Neal was an Assistant Buyer for Costco Corporation. He then became an Account Manager at Microsoft, selling
to national retail accounts for the book division. He currently is an Independent Product Rep selling only to Costco, Sam’s Club
and Wal-Mart, and the Microsoft Corporation. His background in cold calling, sales presentations and outside sales is very
impressive.
Mark Staudacher – Mark has worked with Market 2 Market for 11 years as the Sales Representative to Amazon.com. With
Amazon.com headquarters in Seattle we have the advantage of face-to-face meetings to augment our fact-basis selling, and build
personal relationships to accomplish all sales goals has 25 years of specialty food and grocery sales experience as a Sales Rep
and Broker. Mark attended Seattle University – BA degree Business and Marketing. He was the Key Account Salesman for Lawry-
Lipton, Northwest Division. He was Account Executive, Brand Manager, Sales Manager for North Coast Sales Food Brokerage.
Mark also is Partner / Owner, Account Executive, Brand Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manage for Target Marketing
Washington/Oregon.
